Hubabble exists because coaches kept telling us the tools made coaching feel like running a tech stack. So we built one place that takes the small stuff off your plate, and leaves the conversation to you.
What we believe
We keep coming back to a few ideas.
We are a small team, building deliberately, with coaches in the room.
The relationship comes first
The notes you keep and the prep you do should live right next to the calendar. When the small touches are easy, your clients feel cared for.
Boring where it matters
Agreements are signed and stored, and payments are on the way. Your data is yours. The plumbing should fade into the background so you never think about it.
Warm by default
Every confirmation and reminder should sound like you. Software for coaches should feel like a calm colleague, not a dashboard.
Where we came from
Built alongside the coaches we learn from.
Hubabble grew out of years spent close to coaches launching their practices. We watched new coaches start out full of energy, then lose their first weeks to wiring up a calendar, a video room, a document signer, and a way to get paid.
We thought that first season should feel like a real beginning. So we built the one workspace we wished those coaches had on day one. Coaches from those first cohorts still shape what we build.
