What is a coaching CRM?

How is Hubabble different from a general CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce?
General CRMs are built for sales teams managing deals, so a coach has to bend them to fit sessions, packages, and client notes. Hubabble is built for coaching from the start. Does a coaching CRM include video sessions?
