CoachVantage includes video, then most of its coaches route sessions to Zoom because the native room falls short. That is one more tool to set up, one more link to send, one more thing between you and your client. In Hubabble the room is already there when a client books, private to the two of you. A website that brings clients in
CoachVantage offers little in the way of a site of your own. Hubabble includes a coach website and a booking link that work together, so people who hear about you have somewhere to read about your work and book a first conversation.

One flat monthly price covers a genuinely complete bundle, its coaches rate it highly for value and service, and new users get free onboarding workshops to find their footing. For ICF-track coaches, the automatic hours log quietly counts your sessions toward your credential. If you are a non-technical coach who wants a tidy, all-in-one setup, it is an easy tool to like.
- Video sessions
- This is the clearest gap. CoachVantage has native video, but reviewers widely call it weak, and the common workaround is to connect Zoom and run sessions there. That works, though it means your coaching lives in a generic meeting window with someone else's name on it. Every Hubabble session opens in your own private video room, one click from the same screen where you booked it and take your notes. If most of your coaching happens over video, the difference shows up every week.

$29 or $49 / month
Two flat plans, Clarity at $29 a month and Aha! at $49, with roughly 10% off when you pay annually. Contacts are unlimited, and there is no transaction fee on payments. The lower tier caps how many contracts, courses, and how much storage you get.
So on fees the two will line up: neither takes a cut of your client payments. The question is what the flat price includes. Hubabble's plans fold in a coach website and Robin, which CoachVantage does not offer at any tier, plus a video room you will not need to replace with Zoom. CoachVantage takes payments and logs ICF hours today, and Hubabble does not yet.

Is Hubabble a good alternative to CoachVantage?
