Tell Hubabble about your practice

Your practice profile is where you set your practice name, your contact details, and your timezone. This information shows up in the right places for your clients, so it is worth getting set early.

You will find these settings in Settings.

What to add

• Your practice name. This is how your practice appears to clients, for example in confirmations and on your website.

• Your details. Your name and contact information, so clients know who they are working with.

• Your timezone. The timezone you coach from.

Why timezone matters

Timezone is the quiet hero of smooth bookings. Hubabble stores every session time correctly behind the scenes, then shows it to each person in their own local time.

That means when a client in another part of the world books you, they see a time that makes sense for them, and you see it in yours. No mental math, no missed sessions because someone was three hours off.

Tip: Set your timezone before you share your booking link. It makes sure your very first booking lands at the right hour.

Once your profile is in place, you are ready to set your availability.
