Every session can come with your own built-in video room. You and your client meet right inside Hubabble, face to face, with nothing extra to download or sign up for. It just works, for both of you.

No extra app or account

There is no separate app to install and no account for your client to create. When it is time to meet, you both join from a link. That is the whole setup.

This matters most for your clients. The easier it is to join, the more present they can be when the session starts.

How to start and join

1. When a session is booked, a link to your video room is included.

2. The link is in the booking confirmation your client receives, so they always have it.

3. At session time, you both open the link and you are in the room together.

Your video room link is also tied to the session on your Calendar, so you can find it easily when it is time to begin.

Tip: Join a minute or two early on your first few sessions. It is a calm way to get comfortable with the room before your client arrives.
