Plans change, and that is fine
Sometimes a session needs to move or be called off, and Hubabble makes that simple for both of you. When something changes, the other person is notified, so nobody is left wondering.
How you reschedule or cancel
From your Calendar, open the session you need to change. From there you can reschedule it to a new time or cancel it. When you reschedule, the open times follow your availability, just like a fresh booking.
Your client gets a notification with the update, so they always have the latest details.
How your client reschedules or cancels
Your client can manage their own session from the confirmation they received. They can move it to another open time or cancel it without needing to email you.
When they do, you get a notification, and your Calendar updates so you always see the truth.
Who gets notified
When you make a change, your client is notified.
When your client makes a change, you are notified.
Either way, the time that frees up becomes available again for someone else to book.
Tip: If a client reschedules into a slot you would rather keep free, adjust your availability or add a date override. See set your availability.
