Move clients through your pipeline

Updated June 21, 2026

See where everyone is at a glance

Your pipeline shows where each client stands in their journey with you. Instead of holding it all in your head, you can see who is a new lead, who is actively coaching, and who has wrapped up. It is a calm, visual way to know what needs your attention.

How stages work

Each client sits in a stage, and you move them along as your relationship grows. A typical flow looks like this:

  1. Lead. Someone new who has reached out or shown interest.

  2. Active. A client you are currently coaching.

  3. Past. A client whose work with you has come to a close.

To move a client, open their record or your Clients view and update their stage. The change is instant.

Customize your stages

Your practice is your own, so your pipeline can be too. You can adjust the stages to match the way you actually work, whether that is a simple lead-to-active flow or something with a few more steps that fit your process.

Tip: Keep your stages few and clear. Three or four well-named stages are easier to keep up to date than a long list you stop trusting.

To keep your notes flowing alongside each stage, see session notes.
