Join a space with a code

One code, one space

A join code opens one space. It might be an easy code from a slide, like `CTEDU-2026`, or 10 letters and numbers, like `7KQM4-XPD2R`. It can come from:

• a slide at a conference,

• a QR code you scan with your phone,

• a link your trainer or school sends you.

Using a code

1. Open the link or scan the QR code. If you only have the code, type it at app.hubabble.com/join, or go to Community and choose Have a join code?

2. If you're new to Hubabble, create your free account. No card is needed, and you'll land right in the space.

3. Accept the Community Guidelines if it's your first time.

4. That's it. You're in, and the space shows on your Community home.

Dashes, spaces, and lowercase letters are fine when you type a code.

If a code doesn't work

Codes can expire, run out of uses, or be replaced by a fresh one. If a code doesn't open a space, check it with whoever shared it, or ask them for a new one.

Tip: A school's spaces open only by code or when you're added to them. That keeps class spaces private to the class.
